In the world of the very small National Aperture, Inc. has led the industry in innovations in Precision Apertures for thirty years.

If you need roundness, ours are the roundest. If you need straightness, ours are the straightest. If you need clean edges, ours are the cleanest. If you need production quantities, we compete with them all with our five combined fabrication technologies.

We specialize in sizes from 0.5um to 1000um and up.

We make our apertures (micro-precision pinholes, slits, etc.) in a variety of materials including high-damage metals and exotic foils. We do things no one else can do including making pinholes on optically reflective surfaces.

You will find our pinholes used in SPATIAL FILTERS, LASER GAS/LIQUID FLOW, HIGH POWER LASER LIGHT CONTROL, MICROSCOPE CALIBRATORS, ASTRONOMICAL TELESCOPES, AEROSPACE, and more.

If you need custom apertures, or production runs, we can satisfy your most demanding requirements. At least we would like the opportunity to try!
